The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS).
except as modified by the Sailing Instructions.
This event is open to MC scows whose skippers have completed registration and paid the required fees by close of registration. Trophy age requirements must be met before the first scheduled race.

Scoring will be according to the Low Point scoring system of RRS Appendix A, except all races will be scored, no throw outs. This changes RRS A.2. Seven races are scheduled with one race constituting a regatta.

Boat registration is $75 ($85 after April 22).
MCSA members get $15 off during online registration only. Please login to your MSCA account and then register to receive the discount.
Fee includes:
Lunch for Skipper.
Dinner for Skipper.
Free Continental Breakfast on Sunday
Order additional meals during online registration.
Extra Lunch is $10.00 each
Extra Dinner is $15.00 each

Indianapolis Sailing Club, 11325 Fall Creek Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46256.
Camping is available on the club grounds and is subject to the following:
- Clubhouse is smoke free
- No electrical hookups
- No dogs are allowed on the club grounds
- No parking on the grass.
Showers (with hot water!) and bathroom facilities are available in the clubhouse.
Some local housing available. Just ask.

DIRECTIONS TO ISC
The Indianapolis Sailing Club is located on Geist Reservoir on the northeast side of Indianapolis. From I-69 north of the city:
- Exit onto 96th Street (posted as Exit 203)
- Head east approximately 2.5 miles until you reach the round-about at 96th Street and Fall Creek Road
- Go 3/4 way around to Fall Creek Road north
- Continue for approximately 2 miles until you reach another round-about at the intersection of Brooks School Road
- Take the first right (south) to the ISC driveway, then straight through the gate.
or you can use the 116th Street exit (usually less traffic):
- Exit onto 116th Street (posted as Exit 5)
- Head east approximately 3.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Brooks School Road
- Turn right (south) onto Brooks School Road
- Continue for approximately 1.5 miles to the round-about at Fall Creek Road
- Go 1/2 way around to the ISC driveway, then straight through the gate.
