Cow Town Classic
May 6 & 7, 2023

Join us for the 1st leg of the coveted Ohio Championship Trophy!

Venue

Hoover SC, 4250 Smothers Rd, Westerville, OH.

General

This will be a two-day regatta this year. Start times will be changed to allow sailors to drive in on Saturday morning.

Rules

The regatta shall be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing, and the class rules of the MCSA, except as any of these are altered by the sailing instructions.

This event is open to skippers of MC scows who register before the skippers meeting. MCSA membership is strongly recommended

Sat-May 6	9:00-11:00	Rigging & Registration
	11:00	Skippers Meeting - club house
	12:00	Warning Signal Race #1, 2-4 races to follow at the discretion of the Race Committee
Sun-May 7	10:00	Warning Signal Race #1,
		2 races planned at the discretion of the Race Committee

Registration

On-site registration Saturday morning in the club house. Please feel free to pre-register
via the MCSA website. Sailing instructions provided morning of May 6, 2023.

Registration fee, $70 includes drinks and food, Saturday, and Sunday. Breakfast and
lunch both days and dinner Saturday after the races.

Scoring & Awards

Boats will be scored using the Low-Point scoring system. All races are scored, one race
constitutes a series.

Top 5 Finishers, Top Master, Grand Master, Mega Master
