Eligibility |
The regatta is open to all MC skippers who sail on Wisconsin lakes. A boat may sail with a different sail number from its hull number if it registers with that sail number and competes with that number for the entire event. Each competitor must complete a registration form and pay the required fees by close of registration. Trophy age requirements must be met before the first scheduled race.

Rules |
The races will be governed by the rules defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS).
- The sailing instructions will consist of the instructions in RRS Appendix S, Standard Sailing Instructions, and supplementary sailing instructions that will be published and be posted on the official notice board located at the club.
- Racing Area: The racing will be the waters of Nagawicka Lake.
- Courses to be sailed are all windward leeward courses as shown in the Standard Sailing Instructions Appendix S.
- No race will be started with the wind under 5 mph.
- Flags will be the primary means of communication on the water however the RC will attempt to make VHF radio contact regarding OCSs, weather issues, safety concerns, and other actions of the RC where clarification might be helpful to the sailors. The competitor channel to be used will be posted.
- Racing rules 30.1, 33, 35, 62.1, A4.2 and A11 will be changed. The changes will appear in full in the sailing instructions. The sailing instructions may also change other racing rules.
- Competitors give absolute right and permission for video footage or photographs of themselves or their boat generated during an MCSA event to be published in any media for press, editorial or advertising purposes.

Boat registration is $70 on or before June 11th or $80 if registered after June 11th. $5 discount if you are a MCSA member. Please login to your MSCA account and then register to receive the discount.
Registration includes:
- Continental breakfasts both days
- Lunch both days
- Light Hors d'oeuvres and free beer after racing on Saturday night
- Additional Food can be purchased

Scoring |
Five races are scheduled. The Low Point system, RRS A4 with apply, except that each boat's total score will be the sum of her scores for all races. This changes RRS A2. |
Trophies |
One race is required to be completed for the regatta to be offiical. At the conclusion of the regatta, keeper trophies will be awarded as follows:
- Top Five Overall
- Top Youth
- Top Woman
- Top Master
- Top Grand Master
- Top Mega Master

Launching & Moorings |
Boats will need to be moored due to parking lot limitations. Please bring a buoy and anchor with about 50 feet of line. Volunteers will be available to tow you to your mooring and to store your trailer during the regatta. Car parking in the NLYC lot will be determined at the time of the regatta. Please look for signs and directions at the regatta.
